I would love to give you my thoughts on the roll top bags, however, Canada Post is on strike so I haven’t received them yet! ☹️ I’ll get back to you when the strike is over and they have arrived.
I had gotten the Number 3 Rolltop before they changed the canvas type. I really liked it but wanted a larger version since I was having trouble fitting a sweater comfortably in it. The constructions great and I love the new color. The new Canvas also feels much more rigid compared to the old canvas. Though I liked the softness of the old canvas, this one feels much studier.
Love my Hide and Hammer black roll top bag. So well made and love this company.
I had my eye on the cobalt blue bag since they came out. When I saw the neon combo with it I had checked out before I knew it and am so glad. it’s a joyful thing to pop me knitting in, very bright and stands out a mile. Fantastic quality as always. I love the versatility of H&H bags, clip the handle round something like another bag strap or my spinning wheel to store fluff. Stuff a load of random minis in and fold down the sides like a bucket and knit out of it. There are lots of pockets of all sizes, pop a different set of handles on to mix things up. These bags will last decades.
